2) Blind type louver



It is mainly installed near windows like a curtain, and is effective in controlling light and blocking drafts.

It has an excellent interior design effect in the living room and is easier to maintain than curtains

as it can be used permanently with just an occasional dusting.







3) Circular louver and triangular louver



Unlike square louvers, it can be installed in a circular shape, so it can be installed in corners as well.

Because the louver is circular, it can be designed with a different feel from existing square louvers.











4) Perforated louver



Used when designing a low-rise building or part of a building.

Louvers with various perforations allow for the creation of various images and are often used as interior decoration.





5) Grid louver



Louvers decorated in a grid pattern are installed on the ceiling of a building to create spatial stability and an interior effect,

and the sense of openness that makes the interior feel like it has expanded is often installed.









The biggest problem with connected louvers is wind pressure. It is not a big problem for the 1st to 3rd floors or lower, but as wind pressure increases as you go higher, the louver structure may bend or fall along with the wall if it is poorly constructed.

Because of this wind load problem, when designing high-rise buildings, connected louvers are usually fixed with anchors using slabs. It is similar to the curtain wall construction method.

Due to the recent severe climate change, structural calculations based on wind load must be reflected, and the fixing method must also reflect the maximum wind speed value for a typical typhoon.



[Types of aluminum coating]



1) Fluorine coating (PVDF)



It is currently the most widely used coating and is widely used in everything from general industrial materials to construction materials.

Fluoropolymer coating (PVdF) has similar ingredients to powder coating, but is applied in a liquid state,  allowing uniform coating over a wide area.

The biggest advantage of fluorine coating is that it guarantees excellent quality at an affordable price and  can display a wide range of colors.

Fluorine paint maintains its color for at least 20 to 30 years, so it is usually used for exterior building materials, but because it comes in a variety of colors, it is also used as interior material.

Because it comes in a variety of colors, it is often used in interior design and is very durable, making it the most widely used at home and abroad.

2) Powder coating



Powder coating is a coating method that attaches powder-like paint directly to metal, heats it, dries it, and hardens it. Because we do not use any organic solvents used in general painting,

Interest is currently increasing as the impact on the environment and human body is small and efforts to preserve the environment and promote health have been strengthened.

It also has the advantage of being resource-saving and easy to automate.

For this reason, the transition to solvent coating is progressing and the market is expanding.

Powder coating is also widely used because it can express a variety of colors and is mainly used for interior materials.

In the case of exterior materials, they have to be painted with high corrosion resistance, making them very expensive.

It is widely used in the United States, Australia, and Canada, and powder coating comes in a variety of colors, so it is often used in interior design products. Durability is guaranteed for 10 to 20 years depending on the type of paint.





3) Anodizing, coating



When a metal is electrolyzed with a diluted acid solution across an anode, an oxide film (aluminum oxide Al2O3) is formed that has strong adhesion to the raw metal due to the oxygen generated at the anode.

The most representative material for anodizing is aluminum (Al), but anodizing is also performed on Mg, Ti, Ta, Hf, and Nb.

Aluminum anodic oxidation can be produced by varying the film properties based on various compositions, concentrations, additives, temperature of the treatment liquid, voltage, current, etc.

Anodizing has the advantage of being able to express the natural color of the metal well, and when treated with a film, the color is beautiful and looks the most luxurious.

For this reason, anodizing is widely used, but anodizing is largely divided into two types.

It is manufactured for high corrosion resistance, so the film is made quite thick. So it is used for exterior purposes.

The downside is that it is difficult to produce a variety of colors.

It is a general anodizing process and is often used for interior or decorative purposes. 

The product looks luxurious and beautiful because it displays the natural color of the metal.

A variety of colors are possible, but the color will deteriorate if used outdoors.







4) Heat transfer and film



It is mainly used for interior purposes and is available in the widest variety of colors.

In addition, because various types of films are attached to the aluminum surface, the texture is excellent, and the wood pattern  has a texture similar to real wood.

The disadvantage is that if used as an exterior material, it will film and peel off, making the exterior look messy, so it must be used as an interior material.
